Dr. Grover's DIY Hydrating Facial Mask

Spending more time indoors can wreck havoc on your skin. Changes in diet, air and activities can result in dry skin and breakouts. While we are all practicing social distancing and doing our part to flatten the curve, try Dr. Grover’s DIY hydrating facial mask!


  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs natural yogurt
  • ½ spoon extra virgin olive oil (if you have very dry skin)
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to make a nice paste.
  2. Apply the paste to the face and neck.
  3. Allow to dry.
  4. Wash off with water, dab dry.
